Before starting The Funding Exchange, Tony Perkins was the manager of technical services for OutStart which is a leading provider of collaboration, e-learning, and knowledge management software applications. Mr. Perkins managed all software implementations, oversaw the company's hosting service, delivered sales support, and provided feedback and direction to the product development team.
